Ways to Purchase

Purchasing tickets online is safe and secure, please click HERE if you would like to buy tickets to an upcoming event through our website.  If you have a promotion code, please enter it at the top of the screen before selecting your seats.

Mobile App — If you are an iphone or Android user, you can download the Rockport Music app that allows for easy ticket purchasing through your phone.  The app can be downloaded from the appropriate app store with the following operating systems: iOS 4+ or Android 2.3+.

Third Party Tickets

Rockport Music is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets such as ticket resale websites. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations. Please help us serve you in the best manner possible by purchasing your tickets only through Rockport Music at 978.546.7391 or online at rockportmusic.org.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available with a purchase of 4 or more concerts.

Gift Certificates

A Rockport Music gift certificate makes a perfect gift for any music lover year-round!  You can now buy and redeem your gift certificates online. Click here to purchase (you may also call our box office at 978.546.7391). We regret that gift certificates are not valid toward concerts and events not presented by Rockport Music.

Print-at-Home Tickets*

Print-at-Home tickets are available by selecting that delivery method option during checkout. The ticket printing and handling fee is waived for all print-at home tickets. When completing your ticket purchase, select the “Print at Home” delivery method during checkout. Two emails will follow the completion of your ticket purchase–the first email is an order confirmation, the second will include a pdf attachment* of the actual ticket(s). Print the pdf of the ticket at home and present it to the ushers upon arrival to the concert. A $2/instance (performance) fee will be applied if you need tickets printed at the door.

* Before selecting this delivery method, be sure your computer can open a PDF file.

PLEASE NOTE: Mobile App users do not have to print hard copy tickets at home.  App users can access their tickets (with their barcodes) through “My Tickets” in the Account tab of the mobile app.

Tickets through Mobile App–Mobile app users can access their upcoming tickets through the “Account” tab of the app.  Click on “Account,” then “My Tickets” and see the list of upcoming events you have purchased.  (You must be logged into your Ticketing account for the concerts to display on your app.  If you do not know your account access information, use your email address that is on record and create a password.  If you have difficulties logging in, please contact the box office for assistance.

For multiple tickets, swipe the barcode to the left for the next ticket’s barcode.  Your seat location is located above the barcode.  The ushers will scan the barcode at the door for you.

Policies

Exchanges/Refunds
Refunds and exchanges are available to single ticket buyers as well as subscribers up to 72 hours prior to a performance. A $1/ticket exchange/refund fee will be applied. Ticket fees are nonrefundable. Refunds and exchanges will still be available to subscribers at no charge.

Ticket Fees
Even though it is a new, state-of-the-art facility, the Shalin Liu Performance Center is not exempt from the wear and tear that all venues experience. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect this community asset for generations to come, a Facility Preservation Fee of $3 per ticket. The ticket fee is waived for tickets priced under $15.  Ticket fees are nonrefundable.

We ask that you consider Print-at-Home or web tickets (mobile app). For more details about print-at-home tickets, see the Print at Home section above.

For tickets to be printed and mailed, a Handling Fee of $7 per order will be applied.

For our default delivery method, hold at will call tickets, there is a $2 handling fee per order (starting October 1, 2022).

These fees are much less than most other area arts organizations and we make every effort to keep them as low as possible while maintaining quality customer service through our Box Office.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated between musical selections or during an appropriate break in the performance, pending artist preference and audience comfort.

Discounts

Ticket prices vary per concert. All prices can be found on the specific concert or event page. Discounts cannot be combined with subscriptions or any other offer. Guest Presenter events are not included. Discounted tickets may be purchased online with a promotional code and will be held at Will Call for ID or proof of membership.

Seniors
Seniors age 65 and older receive 5% off the adult rate, available in any tier (Promo Code: Senior FY 14). Senior prices are not available for Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts.

Students
Students 19 to 26 receive $12 tickets to all concerts, available in Tier 3 seating only. Student prices are not available for all HD broadcasts. Student ID required.  Currently unavailable on line or for print-at-home delivery.

Youth (18 and Under)
Complimentary youth tickets (limit may apply) are available for those 18 years old and under in any price tier, subject to availability. Guest presentations and HD broadcasts are excluded. Youth tickets cannot be purchased online and must be purchased over the phone or in-person. An adult or senior ticket purchase must accompany any youth ticket purchase for guests under 15 (education or outreach events excluded). Mass Cultural Council Card to Culture: Through the Mass Cultural CouncilDepartment of Transitional Assistance, Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, Rockport Music is pleased to offer EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders $5 tickets for all Education & Community Engagement concerts (that are not free) and 50% off tickets for Rockport Music mainstage concerts and broadcasts. Accessibility

Seating for guests with physical mobility accommodations and their party is available by calling the Box Office at (978) 546-7391 so that we can best accommodate your needs. A loading zone area immediately in front of the venue allows easy access into the venue and an elevator allows access to accessible restrooms, balcony seating and the third floor. Parking spaces reserved for guests with handicapped placards are available at our administrative offices located at 16 Main Street and surrounding the venue.
