Ways to Purchase
Online — Online ticket purchasing is safe and secure. Click onto the LOGIN button at the top of any page to start. Once you are logged in as a user, select the concert you’d like from either the monthly calendar or the concert listings by genre. If you are on an individual event page, select (located bottom left of screen) for single concert tickets. If you have a promotion code, please enter it at the top of the screen before selecting your seats.
If you are purchasing a subscription online, choose Subscriptions from the Ticket Subscription or Calendar page. First login, then select your seat(s) and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Please note, you have 15 minutes to purchase your selected seats.
Mobile App — If you are an iphone or Android user, you can download the Rockport Music app that allows for easy ticket purchasing through your phone. The app can be downloaded from the appropriate app store with the following operating systems.
For all other users (Windows, Blackberry, etc.), the mobile app is accessible at this website by saving the link to your “start menu.” (See section regarding Print at Home Tickets for details regarding accessing your purchased tickets through the mobile app.)

Third Party Tickets
Rockport Music is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets such as ticket resale websites. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Tickets purchased from third parties may be priced much higher than the ticket’s actual face value, and we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.

You can now buy and redeem your gift certificates online. Click here to purchase (you may also call our box office at 978.546.7391, M-F, 10-4). We regret that gift certificates are not valid toward Guest Presenter concerts and events.
Print-at-Home tickets are available. The $7 handling fee will be waived on ticket orders purchased through the website and printed at home. When completing your ticket purchase, you will be asked to choose a delivery method for your tickets. Select the “Print at Home” option. Two emails will follow the completion of your ticket purchase. The first email will be an order confirmation, followed by a second email which will include a pdf attachment of the actual ticket(s). The pdf will contain a separate page for each ticket purchased. This email will also include our ticket policies. Print the pdf of the ticket at home and present it to the ushers upon arrival to the concert.
For tickets purchased through other avenues (i.e. phone, in-person, mail) but printed at home, the handling fee is reduced to $5. Box office reprints of lost/forgotten print-at-home tickets will incur a $2 charge. Discounted tickets (Senior/WGBH) are not yet available in this delivery method.

PLEASE NOTE: Mobile App users do not have to print hard copy tickets at home. App users can access their tickets (with their barcodes) through “My Tickets” in the Account tab of the mobile app.
Tickets through Mobile App–Mobile app users can access their upcoming tickets through the “Account” tab of the app. Click on “Account,” then “My Tickets” and see the list of upcoming events you have purchased. (You must be logged into your Ticketing account for the concerts to display on your app. If you do not know your account access information, use your email address that is on record and create a password. If you have difficulties logging in, please contact the box office for assistance.) Once you see the list of upcoming events, select the appropriate event and the ticket barcode will load (this can take a couple of seconds). For multiple tickets, swipe the barcode to the left for the next ticket’s barcode (above the barcode you will see 1 of 2 or 2 of 2, etc.). Additionally, your seat location is located just above the barcode. The ushers will scan the barcode at the door for you.
There are no exchanges for single–concert purchases. Subscribers of flex subscriptions are eligible for exchanges (see Subscriptions for details). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
Even though it is a new, state-of-the-art facility, the Shalin Liu Performance Center is not exempt from the wear and tear that all venues experience. As part of our ongoing efforts to protect this community asset for generations to come, a Facility Preservation Fee of $2.50 per ticket ($1 for tickets under $20). A Handling Fee of $7 per order is added to the final order (fee is waived for print-at-home tickets ordered via the web and ticket sales at the door). For more details about print-at-home tickets, see section above. These fees are much less than most other area arts organizations and we make every effort to keep them as low as possible while maintaining quality customer service through our Box Office.
Sold Out Concerts
Tickets for sold out concerts often become available at the last minute. Visit the Rockport Music Box Office Twitter Feed for latest updates for recently released concert tickets for sold-out events or other updates.
Latecomers will be seated between musical selections or during an appropriate break in the performance, pending artist preference and audience comfort.
Ticket prices vary per concert. All prices can be found on the specific concert or event page. Discounts cannot be combined with subscriptions or any other offer. Guest Presenter events are not included. Discounted tickets may be purchased online with a promotional code and will be held at Will Call for ID or proof of membership. Currently, print-at-home discounted tickets are unavailable.
June–August: 15+ persons receive 10% off
September–May: 10–19 persons receive 10% off; 20+ persons receive 20% off
Group discounts apply to concerts and HD broadcasts from London’s National Theatre. Group discounts are not available for Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts or films.
Seniors age 65 and older receive 5% off the adult rate, available in any tier (Promo Code: Senior FY 14). Senior prices are not available for Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts. All Senior tickets will be held at Will Call to show I.D. Currently, print-at-home senior priced tickets are unavailable.
Students 19 to 26 receive $12 tickets to all concerts, available in Tier 3 seating only. Student prices are not available for all HD broadcasts. Student ID required. Currently unavailable on line or for print-at-home delivery.
Youth (18 and Under): Up to ten complimentary tickets per event are available for children 18 years old and under in any price tier, subject to availability. Guest presentations are excluded. Currently, unavailable online or for print-at-home capability.
WGBH members receive 10% off the full-ticket price for all Rockport Music concerts and HD broadcasts from the Metropolitan Opera and London’s National Theatre. Members do not receive discounts off films and subscription packages. WGBH member number required for box office purchases. Unique WGBH promotional code required (provided on WGBH member website) for online purchases (please submit code BEFORE making seat selection). All WGBH discounted tickets will be held at Will Call for proof of membership. Currently, unavailable for print-at-home capability.
