GRAMMY Award–winning violinist Augustin Hadelich takes center stage in a program that opens with a solo recital highlighting his extraordinary virtuosity and expressive range, followed by an ensemble performance of Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence. A prizewinner at major international competitions, Hadelich is widely admired for his commanding technique, stylistic insight, and musical intelligence.

Augustin Hadelich is widely regarded as one of the great violinists of our time, celebrated for his phenomenal technique, insightful musicianship, and ravishing tone. He appears regularly on the world’s foremost concert stages and has performed with all the major American orchestras as well as leading international ensembles including the Berlin Philharmonic, Vienna Philharmonic, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, and London Philharmonic Orchestra.
During the 2025 summer festival season, Hadelich appears with the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood, the Mahler Chamber Orchestra at the Enescu Festival in Bucharest, and the Orchestre de Paris at the Lucerne Festival, in addition to performances at the BBC Proms, Aspen Music Festival, and Grant Park Music Festival. In the 2025–26 season, he will serve as Artist in Residence with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, appearing in concerto, chamber music, and solo recital performances. He will also perform with the Chicago Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, Houston Symphony, St. Louis Symphony, San Diego Symphony, New World Symphony, and the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa. International engagements include appearances with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, Staatskapelle Dresden, Munich Philharmonic, Vienna Symphony, Czech Philharmonic, Finnish Radio Symphony, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, and many others. Recitals will take him to major cities across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Hadelich’s extensive discography reflects his stylistic versatility. He received a GRAMMY Award for his recording of Dutilleux’s L’Arbre des songes with the Seattle Symphony and Ludovic Morlot. A Warner Classics artist, his recent releases include American Road Trip with pianist Orion Weiss, winner of the 2025 OPUS KLASSIK Award, as well as recordings of Paganini’s 24 Caprices, the Brahms and Ligeti concertos, Bach’s complete Sonatas and Partitas, and Recuerdos.
Born in Italy to German parents and now a dual American-German citizen, Hadelich won the Gold Medal at the 2006 Indianapolis International Violin Competition. He is the recipient of an Avery Fisher Career Grant, a Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship, and Musical America’s Instrumentalist of the Year award. He holds an Artist Diploma from The Juilliard School, is on the faculty of the Yale School of Music, and performs on the 1744 Guarneri del Gesù “Leduc, ex Szeryng,” on loan from the Tarisio Trust.

Two-time GRAMMY nominee and Avery Fisher career grant recipient violinist Jennifer Frautschi has appeared as soloist with innumerable orchestras such as the Cincinnati Symphony, Chicago Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Milwaukee Symphony, Minnesota Orchestra, and St Paul Chamber Orchestra. She is an artist-member of the Boston Chamber Music Society and has appeared at all of the major chamber music festivals in America.
Her extensive discography includes the Stravinsky Violin Concerto with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Prokofiev’s Violin Concerti with the Seattle Symphony. Born in Pasadena, California, Jennifer performs on a 1722 Stradivarius violin known as the “ex-Cadiz,” and teaches at Stony Brook University.

Hsin-Yun Huang is recognized as one of the foremost violists of her generation, admired for her expressive artistry, advocacy for new music, and commitment to education. She has appeared as soloist with leading orchestras including the Berlin Radio Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic, Bogotá Philharmonic, and Beijing’s NCPA Orchestra, becoming the first violist to perform a concerto there.
A sought-after chamber musician, she appears regularly at festivals such as Marlboro, Santa Fe, Music@Menlo, and La Jolla, and has toured extensively with the Brentano String Quartet. Huang is the founder of VivaViola!, dedicated to expanding the viola repertoire through collaboration and dialogue. She serves on the viola faculties of The Juilliard School and The Curtis Institute of Music, and performs on a 1735 Testore viola.

Cellist James Baik has been praised for his “undeniable authority” and “warmth emerging in lyricism” (Le Soir) following his acclaimed performance at the 2021 Queen Elisabeth Competition. A First Prize Winner of the 2023 Young Concert Artists Susan Wadsworth International Auditions, he is a YCA Jacobs Fellow, recipient of the Paul A. Fish Memorial Prize and Bridgehampton Chamber Music Prize, and is managed worldwide by Young Concert Artists.
Recent highlights include recital debuts at the Kennedy Center and Merkin Hall, concerto appearances with the Kansas City Symphony, Colburn Orchestra under Sir Andrew Davis, Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, and chamber performances at Rockport, Bridgehampton, and Buffalo. A member of the Galvin Cello Quartet, Baik studies at the Colburn Conservatory with Clive Greensmith and performs on a J.B. Guadagnini cello on loan from an anonymous donor.

Adrian Fung, cello, is a versatile performer, educator, and arts leader, best known as the founding cellist of the critically acclaimed Afiara Quartet. With the ensemble, he is a winner of the Concert Artists Guild International Competition, Young Canadian Musicians Award, and recipient of Second Prizes at the Munich ARD and Banff International String Quartet Competitions, as well as the Székely Prize for Best Interpretation of Beethoven.
A JUNO-nominated artist and producer, Fung has performed more than 600 concerts worldwide at venues including Carnegie Hall, Wigmore Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Amsterdam’s Muziekgebouw. Praised for his “virtuosic” and “brilliant” playing, he has appeared as soloist and collaborator with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Kronos Quartet, and DJ Kid Koala. He holds degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory, Juilliard, University of Toronto, and USC, and performs on a 1787 Benjamin Banks cello.
