We are excited to welcome you back to the Shalin Liu Performance Center! Our patrons, artists, and staff’s health and safety are our top priority. Thank you for playing your part to keep each other safe. We will continue to update our ticketbuyers with the latest information on maintaining everyone’s safety.
Health and Safety Guidelines
PROOF OF VACCINATION: Rockport Music is no longer requiring patrons to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test for concert attendance. Rockport Music confirms that staff, volunteers and artists are vaccinated, and if showing any symptoms, will provide negative Covid-19 test prior to performance.
MASKS: Masks are RECOMMENDED, but no longer required inside the Shalin Liu Performance Center.
TICKETS: We suggest using digital or print-at-home tickets.
CONCERT PROGRAMS are now digital! For classical concerts and the Metropolitan Opera in HD, printed programs are also available, but for all other events, only digital programs are available. QR codes available on site.
Before You Arrive
ASSESS YOUR HEALTH: Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you have a fever, are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms (see CDC guidelines), or have recently been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please stay home and contact our Box Office.
MASKS: They are no longer required, but recommended. Masks are available upon request.
PROOF OF VACCINATION OR COVID TEST: Patrons are no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test (PCR or rapid test) for admission to concerts.
While You’re Here
DOORS OPEN: Exterior doors open 1 hour before the performance (except for HD broadcasts where doors open 30 minutes prior).
SANITIZATION: Sanitization stations have been placed throughout the hall. Additionally, doors will be propped open to limit contact with high-touch surfaces. Cleaning and sanitization will take place before each event.

BUILDING SAFETY AT THE SHALIN LIU PERFORMANCE CENTER
All public spaces at the Shalin Liu Performance Center will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to each day’s performance, including the use of Electrostatic Disinfectant Spray, in accordance with CDC safety guidelines. The Shalin Liu Performance Center HVAC systems have been professionally evaluated and the concert hall air is filtered using 2” MERV8 pre filters and 12” HEPA post filters which far exceed the CDC’s recommended MERV-13 filter ratings. Additionally, the SLPC’s fresh air intake is monitored and cycles on a regular basis providing constant clean air through the building. The HVAC specialist indicated “that the concert hall has practically the same level of air quality as a hospital operating room.” MORE DETAILS ABOUT HVAC SAFETY
