TICKETED VIRTUAL CONCERTS

How do I purchase ticketed virtual concerts and then access the video?

  • Visit Rockport Music’s calendar listing and select desired performance.
  • When you are on the “purchase” page, select 1 “household pass” and select “Purchase.”
  • After selecting Purchase, you will be taken to your “Shopping Cart” which will list your selection(s). If your purchase is in order, select “Checkout.”
  • If you have not already logged into your ticketing account, the system will prompt you to do so. Please enter your User ID and password and select Enter. This will take you to your account showing the purchased virtual concert. At the top of that screen, select “account information” link. This will take you to your virtual concert listings which is where you will access your virtual concert.
  • Please note, you will also receive an email confirmation with the link directly to your account listing. In order to view the virtual concert, you will need your ticketing User ID and password available. You will also receive an email within 24 hours prior to the performance sharing the link to access the concert again (User ID and password will still be required).

How will I access a virtual concert at the time of the broadcast performance?

  • After you checkout from purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with the link directly to your account listing. In order to view the virtual concert, you will need your ticketing User ID and password available.
  • You will also receive an email within 24 hours prior to the performance sharing the link to access the concert again (User ID and password will still be required).
  • You can always go directly to your ticketing account and log in. If you have purchased a ticket to the virtual concert, your account will have the listing with a link to view the concert.

How long am I able to view the virtual concerts?

  • The length of the availability for virtual concerts are variable and dependent on artist contracts. However, they are typically viewable for a minimum of 2 days to 1 week.

How do I purchase a ticket for a friend or family member?

  • If you wish to purchase a ticket for a friend or family member, you will need to purchase a gift certificate and send the gift certificate number to that friend which they can enter and setup an account.
